Hello,
I thought I would put this question out there. Had the BS-OB for over a week now so it's time to start thinking about mods! I'm looking for all weather mats, mud flaps, trailer hitch/wiring, and those side turn signal lights to replace the fake vents.

I have the factory mats and am fairly pleased with them. Cheaper than Weathertech as well.

For replacing the “vents”, consider the fender tiedowns that the Sasquatch package adds. May be useful if you ever plan to carry stuff on the roof.

The factory floor mats, at least the ones for use on non-carpeted/rubber floors are good. The edges are high enough to be useful and keep dirt and water from getting underneath. Cheaper than getting Weathertech, and I have a feeling that they might be made by Weathertech for Ford. We have an Escape at work that has Weathertech mats, and there's no way the state paid for aftermarket mats.

For neoprene seat covers, Ford again has good ones. Made by Coverking but not sold by Coverking. These are the only ones I've seen (I admit I haven't done a lot of searching) for the rear that allow the center armrest/cup holder and the underseat storage to be accessed.
I haven't seen any front seat covers, by anyone, that are compatible with heated seats. Makes sense though as any covers will block the heat. Maybe if someone make one from mesh, but then it wouldn't stop dirt or liquids from getting on the seat material.

Curt hitches (the most common) go from about $200 to $300.
Are you looking for the 4 pin for lights, or the 7 pin for lights and brake control? Ford's 4 pin is about $140, and I've seen aftermarket going for as low as $100. I only have seen a couple with brake control, and those are pushing $300.

I went with some Amazon Chinese ones. Very cheap, and ok quality. They fit nice and have high sides so it keeps the sand in, when we go to the beach!
