I guess I am right there with you! I order my2021 BS BB (only add-on was Class II Trailer Tow Pkg) on 8/21 received confirmation email within 30 min and that was the last email. Tracker still shows in Production 11/9 (Hermosillo plant) however I did see that the sticker was available as of 10/26. Est Delivery went from 12/4 to 12/22 and now 1/12/2022. It has not been converted to a 2022 and all ETIS were last check 11/9/2021. In addition, the module build data has pages of codes. So, unless it's my accessories (rubber floor mats & cargo mgmt sys) delaying delivery this is crazy!

Whoa! Was just talking about that this morning. Just didn't seem right to be getting a 21 when 22's are bringing delivered. Did you see something about conversation to a 22?

Thanks. Mine comes back like the below and there is no chip hold in my visibility report. Cannot figure out why they have not shipped mine. Might have dealer call directly to regional manager at the beginning of year to see if they can help.

Whoa! Was just talking about that this morning. Just didn't seem right to be getting a 21 when 22's are bringing delivered. Did you see something about conversation to a 22?

I have heard about this but i dont think they can once the vin has been created

I am hoping something happens with mine after theChristmas break. It was produced 12/10 and has been in limbo since. ECUs are up since the 10th, my Ford pass says activation pending for a while now but not built or shipping. Nothing about a chip hold or any other hold on the visibility report. Only that it was produced back on the 10th. At least they finally changed the estimated delivery to 1/23 on the tracker. I feel like they parked it somewhere without scanning it and forgot about it …. Sigh

I checked the good ol tracker this morning and have had absolutely NOTHING change... In fact even the ETA on the left hand side still shows 1/7 still. Very peculiar.

Hello Class #2402!!!

That appears to be the batch # for those of us stuck in production!

So if anyone else has been stuck “in production” this is our thread till they move on and out of the plant can post here!


I will start off:
Ordered 9/10
In Production week of 12/6
Produced Per Visibility Report on 12/10
No built or shipped notice. Still at factory

Mine got stuck in production at this time last year. BL went into production on December 2, 2020 and was released from the plant on February 1, 2021. Issue was moonroof and tow package parts.

I can live with that, fingers crossed it's only a minor delay like that.

Yup, closed all week. Probably to stop us OCD people from constantly checking the tracker.

Good to know. I can live with a couple month lag. If it goes past February I may start to twinge and require mental treatment
