So some people are upset they didn't get and engine cover... I am just happy we got our car. So I went to Ford Dealer and bought the parts - seems to fit ok. Here's the list:

I used 1 of each of these parts:
K2GZ6A949A - COVER - $98
AA5Z6N958A - STUD (BAL) - $16.03
W520201S450B - NUT AND WASHER - $6.83
W714647S450B - STUD $3.68

I was able to get some discount, my total was like $107 with tax but I had to buy some extra parts. So here's my comments on the parts:

K2GZ6A949A
This is a foam cover - there are places for 2 ball studs that are incorporated into the Air intake that snap into the bottom of the cover.

AA5Z6N958A
This is a ball stud that screws into one of the brass inserts on the Cam cover

W520201S450B
This is a nut washer combo part - it is only 1 part. Sold in packs of 4, but the dealer had 1 so they let me buy 1. You could but this from Home depot I am sure. You could but a separate nut and washer.

W714647S450B - STUD $3.68
This is an integrated fastener, with a washer and a nut washer - this attached to the CAM cover on a molded in brass insert - the nut/washer part goes on here after the cover and provides the 4th attachment point.

I had to buy 4 of these - I have 3, if anyone wants 1 let me know I'll mail for $6 - including shipping.

I'll post some pictures later when I actually put it on.
Very simple to do, my 15yr old figured it out on his own.

My parts are on the way, I may need to contact your 15yr old. :)

It certainly looks a lot more finished under the hood.

LOL. No wonder it was covered up, that's an ugly looking engine.

Most engines started getting ugly in the mid seventies!

Mark S. you got me.

I have a Badlands, it has the engine cover, the engine is ugly without it.
Apparently some people feel slighted because Ford discontinued installing engine covers on the latest Bronco Sports, otherwise there wouldn't be these run on posts about missing engine covers.

I get it. If you didn't get a cover it feels like you got stiffed when you know other people did. My guess is the covers will become available again as supply chain issues are worked out, and Bronco Sports sold without covers will become collectibles.

I ordered what the engine cover said was needed but it did not include:
AA5Z6N958A
This is a ball stud that screws into one of the brass inserts on the Cam cover

Where does that go?

Dumb question...what are the benefits of the engine cover? Neither my old mustang nor mariner have one. Wouldnt a hood liner be more beneficial?
It’s a good spot to set my tools when I’m working on my truck or place for my battery charger.

It can also be used as a floatation device in a flood or if the river your trying to cross is too deep?
I wouldn’t install the nut then. That will take too long to remove. Might depend on how long you can hold your breath. But, I like the way you’re thinking.
