Ok mine leaves about 4 inches on each side of the windshield uncoverd. The next size up was way to big at what, 69” ?

Ok update: I had the XL from my Ford Transit Connect XLT the XL Frost guard was almost too wide. When I tried it on my Bronco Sport it was way too wide and way way too big top to bottom. I gave it to a neighbor with a full size pick up.
the XL worked for him.

The problem with that logic is that human error causes the vast majority of accidents. The more we let technology help out, the better. There has already been a marked decline in rear end collisions due to the implementation of automatic emergency braking systems.

Safety wasn't my point. My point was people's driving habits. People like to speed, like to do things their way. They like their freedom of driving the way they want, usually within reason, but not always within reason.
