Put a deposit on a dealer ordered 2022 BS BL that is loaded about a month ago. Tracker shows that the order was confirmed on 8-16-22. It went into production on 11-14-22. I called Ford and they advise that it now has been built back on the 14th even though the tracker does not say that (it still says in production). They advise it will be delivered to my dealer between 12-18-22 and 12-18-22. I spoke with my dealer and he said it will probably get to the dealership around January or February. Oh Joy, getting a 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands in 2023! Anyone else in the same situation as I am for a 2022 model year BS?
Thanks in advance for the replies!

Did your dealer give you an estimate on when they might be received at the dealership, Shane?
Thanks!

Nope, he just said they still had two waiting to be built. Didn't go into anymore details than that. Sorry.

Hope your experience goes better than mine. I ordered my Bronco Sport in February and I
still don't have it yet. It did not go into production until July and then sat there for 2 months
due to a chip shortage. They finally showed it built August 24th then it sat another 2 months
in Mexico before it showed shipped status. Now it is at United Road In Memphis where is has
been for a month so far only about 4 hours away from my house. It's been like pulling teeth
to get any information from Ford or from the dealership during this whole process. They
wouldn't even admit it was on a chip hold in July until the very end of the 2nd month and no
one could explain why is sat there for 2 months after being built. Currently my estimated delivery
date is 11/22-11/28 but so far that has changed probably about 10 times ( I have lost
count) so not really expecting it then either.

.Ordered 5/10, built 8/27, shipped 10/10 and sitting in Atlanta. It’s not with united road it’s with RPM systems and I have no idea how to track that one. My newest delivery estimate is 12/20-12/26.

Hi Vicki
I am so sorry that you have had this bad experience. I am not too far from you in Smithville. Not sure who your dealer is, maybe Wyatt Johnson, but if this would of happened to me, I may of requested my deposit back and went and bought one off the lot if I could find one or even ordered another vehicle of a different brand. Why it is still sitting in Memphis is a mystery. Mine moved to built yesterday late afternoon. This BS is for my wife as I have a new Ranger Tremor, but we still would like to get it soon. If it does not show up for us by February, I will jump ship and buy my wife a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Ford needs to get control of this bad delivery situation.

Hi Lori,
Another person from TN still waiting for their Bronco Sport. Maybe you will get your BS OB before Christmas. Keep us posted as well please when you are able to take delivery of it. Like I mentioned above to Vicki, this a crazy screwed up delivery mess Ford needs to resolve somehow. Maybe they need to employ their own truck drivers to get the deliveries made in a reasonable time frame. Good Luck!

I am buying mine on the Z plan because my father was a retiree from Ford Glass Plant and
no one in the Nashville area will sell me a BS off the lot. In fact most of them wouldn't
even order one for me using that discount so I went to a dealership outside of Nashville.

Understand. I would think that any sale, even one with a little less profit would be good. Service after the sale would be something the dealership should consider as well. Too bad you had to go out of town.

Same issue here in east TN. I am A/Z plan with my brother in law retired from Ford as an F150 engineer. I had to order mine as one off the lot was $5k-$15k over sticker. They would not honor A/Z plan for something in stock. I have discovered that if I had ordered from a dealer in Detroit I would likely have it by know.
