Anyone recognize this part I found dangling from underneath my engine bay today?

looks like it! no incident other than maybe a rock or some debris on the highway caught it just the right way. waiting for a dry afternoon here to crawl under there and reattach it....

The piece goes in the bottom opening of the front fender. See first picture attached. I guess it would be easier to install it from the front.

I tried to take a picture of the actual part but is kind of difficult. See the second picture. The red arrow points to the soft rubber and the yellow one to the hard plastic of the piece. Hope it helps!
