Anyone order a 2025 Bronco Sport and received their build Date?

my badlands w/tec package was also scheduled for the week of dec 2 but after tracking my vin# today, it says “in production”. while looking at the full description of my order on this site the interior is listed as “ebony/area 51” . the specs when i ordered said “space grey” leather w mini perforations. has this came up on anyone elses order??

Per the 2025 Order Guide the Badlands only comes in Space Grey. I had ordered a 23 Escape Platinum and the order description said it came with black interior with red thread striping. The red striping only comes on the ST version. No one at the dealer could tell me why it said red stripping when the Platinum did not come that way. When if finally came in there was no red striping. Assuming the Order Guide is correct the dealer could only order the Badlands in Space Grey. Of course the Order Guide standard and optional selections can always be changed by Ford.

Space Grey is a change for 2025. My 24 Badlands came with Ebony/Roast.

Ebony/Area 51 also shows up on my order as well, but I think it has more to do with the description of the color and trim on the inside. When you look at a picture of the interior of a 2025 Badlands it shows the seats are very dark with a thin grey (Area 51 ) accent color on the seat backs and around the door handles.

Okay, so I checked today and see my production has a date next to it now with today's date!! Does anyone know what the difference is between the one that doesn't have the date and the one that does?

interesting. perhaps your info went into the plants production system at the time of your 1st email from ford and the 2nd email is when your vehicle is physically being built. i am only guessing at this. your post made me look back at my info and i first noticed my status was “in production” was 11-29, it now reads “in production with a date 12-5.” this is encouraging. i have heard that the status my stay in production until the vehicle is actually shipped. also, not to be a bummer, but since our sports are new/refreshed models they may be held at the plant for 4-6 wks for quality checks after they are built to contain possible early issues. i guess we will see.

i am in the same boat. “in production” for almost 2 weeks now. i noticed my info has not been updated since dec 5. i looked on the maverick forum since it is built in the same plant, and people are starting to recieve delivery dates. so maybe our orders will start moving soon as well.

I received a text message saying my BS was almost built but is taking a little longer than estimated. I am starting to get links to the owners manual and other informational tidbits concerning the operation of the vehicle. It was mentioned that Ford is putting a hold on releasing the newly refreshed Sports for additional quality control checks, so the delay may have something to do with that. That’s OK with me…get it right before it leaves the factory.

That's interesting, thanks for that info! And I agree, let them get it right the first time, even if it takes a little longer to get it delivered!!

Hey so, I called Ford yesterday as I haven't gotten any updates and still showing "in production". As it turns out, mine is actually built and waiting to be loaded up for shipment, and gave me dates for delivery between January 6th-Jan 12!! I went to speak with my salesman and when he looked it up the same way I did, his also said "in production" so he tried a different way where once it's built, they can ping the vehicle and when he did this it did tell him that it was at the railway port waiting to be loaded!! He said it usually takes about 2 weeks for delivery once it's shipped! I don't know why I'm not getting notifications but at least I know approximately when mine will be delivered!!
