Has anyone installed a 40 inch lightbar on their bronco sport that didnt use Fords 49 step install?
Im using an auxbeam swith kit and just want to route the wires from the top to under the hood with out having to go all the way to the rear of the bronco.
Any advice would be great

Someone else on here ran the wires down the side of the windshield using KC Highlites channel kit

Looks like it hides the wire well enough down the windshield. I saw someone else just stuff the wire in the rain gutter next to the windshield which I think looks cleaner, but which blocks that route for rain drainage.

Easily done. Remove inside driver door trim piece then two screws to remove outside trim piece. This will open the path from roof to inside your hood.

I ordered the kc lights kit mentioned above. If im not happy with the way this works out I will go ahead and pull the trim and work it that way. I have ditch lights and better fog lights to install, im just glad I bought the aux beam multi switch

I used the KC kit and was very happy. I bought the Rough Country light bar and it came with proper brackets and wiring. I also used the AuxBeam switch box. Very happy with it all

Quick question.. what fuse did you tap for the accesory for the switch? Under dash? Under hood?

I went right to the battery for power. The backlighting is always on the switch panel but the draw is minimal and I leave the Bronco parked for up to three weeks with no issues. The fuse box access just pissed me off!!

Can you explain further maybe with pics? I don't understand where this is.
