I didnt do it that way. I ended up routing all the wires along the windshield side of the a pillar to under the hood, I have a distribution block on the firewall area that all my lights tie into. I have one wire harness that goes into my interior and the controll box is just infront of the cup...
Ive seen an ad with video on what id call a lower spoiler for the setuo you and I have. It doesnt come in the correct size so if I get one id be cutting it down. Ive also seen an transparent oval cover thate encases the entire lightbar, again not in our size.
Im just seeing if its possible to...
I live somewhat out in the country with a few un paved roads I drive on from time to time.
Its those times where I want as much light out in front of me as possible. I have some ideas im thinking about but always better to see if others have found the solution first
Its aimed fir optimal use, changing it would defeat its purpose thats why im hoping someone here has one installed and found a solution that avoids diminishing the lights path of illuminance
Installed 40 inch rough country lightbar on my badlands, I have a turbulant sound inside the vehicle. When I touch the roof on the inside while driving I can feel the turbulance. Anyone encounter this? I do have some rubber fin inserts not installed yet, but before I do that I wanted to ask here.
I ordered the kc lights kit mentioned above. If im not happy with the way this works out I will go ahead and pull the trim and work it that way. I have ditch lights and better fog lights to install, im just glad I bought the aux beam multi switch
Has anyone installed a 40 inch lightbar on their bronco sport that didnt use Fords 49 step install?
Im using an auxbeam swith kit and just want to route the wires from the top to under the hood with out having to go all the way to the rear of the bronco.
Any advice would be great
