OP did not include a picture of what I think is definitely a sync 4 thing and I do not think it is configurable. My 24 BS only has a little white figure with a seat belt that flashes on the center dashboard screen. I usually don't even notice it. I have a 25 Escape ST Line loaner with the sync 4 and the picture below comes up as soon as you start the car. I have found that If you do not press ok it will stay on until you start driving and will then go away.

Ok, this may be another silly question. You guys did great on my first one and solved it in a matter of minutes.

So, every time you open the drivers door to get in, there is a warning on the center of the instrument console. It lets you know that the door wa sopened. Then, it turns green with a check box and it tells you to press OK on the steering wheel. So, I am pressing the OK button every time before I can see whatever screen i normally have for the center screen. Is there a way to get rid of that? It is kind of annoying. Thanks!
That’s the seatbelt usage indicator. It goes away shortly on its own, but yes, it’s still annoying.
