Antenna snapped off and need to remove headliner

Soooo the garage door did not open all the way and i wasnt paying attention and ended up ripping the entire shark fin antenna. Would anyone know how to remove the headliner, or helpful videos/steps? I want to attempt putting the fin back but it requires me to get under the headliner.

I tried to locate a YouTube video for the bronco sport headliner removal but all I could find is for the full size Bronco. Maybe someone has the link and will provide it to you.

Get yourself some trim tools and start peeling it off. There are videos showing how to take it off. Be careful not to just start pulling.
