Aftermarket Remote Start

Anyone installed an aftermarket remote start because they did not get Bronco with factory remote start? What brand and is successful?

Her Bronco must have come with remote start installed from factory??

Her BS has remote keyless entry & the keyless keypad on the door pillar. Doesn't say anything about remote start.

Ok…so what you’re saying is the software/mechanism to remote start is embedded in all FORDs but only the “remote option” if ordered comes with the key fob ability, else just use phone

Exactly. Or get the Start-X and you can use your existing key fob to remote start.

Perfect…then I should not fret that the Sport I’m looking at does not have “remote start” in the options and it’s missing the premium package

The Start-X will let you use your existing key fob to remote start or use the FordPass app.

Another option is to install Ford's Perimeter Plus alarm system. This adds an improved alarm system which includes a shock sensor AND remote start capability via your existing key fob. For more information see this post:
