Adding a Service Record to FordPass?

I’m trying to add a dealer service receipt to “Service History” in the FordPass app as a scanned .pdf file. That used to work but the upload button seems to be missing. I can create a service record with date, mileage, etc but can’t upload the receipt. Any help on this? Tnx.

Nm, figured it out. A scanned receipt can be uploaded only after the cost is entered.

Do records entered into FordPass show up in Carfax? That would be a great feature for resell if it does.

Typically the servicing dealer adds the record to Fordpass, sometimes it takes a few days. In my case I'm waiting for my update from last Friday.

Yes, I believe it does. I do my own maintenance and I have input those into FordPass. When I get emails from Carfax, they seem to align with my inputs.
