Weeks of 11th and 18th are the shutdown weeks according to this post on Blue Oval forums. Yours should be built before then.Given the numbers on the builds from two days ago, it would be 5.5 days to get to my number at the rate of one vehicle produced every 53 seconds. That would put me at a late Monday build with the plant closed on Sundays, possibly Tuesday if they are closed in Mexico for Independence Day. I heard the plants are closed the next two weeks, so that doesn’t bode well for me.
Do you know if the plant is closed on Sundays? If it’s not, Sunday will be the day. I counted up to 9999 from those who had thief’s built two days ago and added that to my number and then converted that into minutes/hours/days at one vehicle per minute.Weeks of 11th and 18th are the shutdown weeks according to this post on Blue Oval forums. My understanding is they work 2 shifts/day Monday-Saturday. It takes something like 1.5 shifts for a vehicle's production. You can take your production number to work out approximately what shift/day your Bronco should start down the line.Do you know if the plant is closed on Sundays? If it’s not, Sunday will be the day. Not sure how you calc to 5.5 days and the 53 seconds per vehicle. we need to know how many cars per week they build. also I see different people have scheduled for 6/27 build week has a different XXXX/YYYY number in the denominator. So there are different "runs" of build just within this week I assume. I think I'm about 200 cars behind you....and I have a build day of 7/2.Given the numbers on the builds from two days ago, it would be 5.5 days to get to my number at the rate of one vehicle produced every 53 seconds. thanks! I'm glad to know they work two shifts. I know they work 6 days a week. sunday is off and next Monday is definitely not a holiday in Mexico. I hope they are still on schedule. your build day could be same as mine or could be today.

wait....is that my CO BS loading out there... yeah, I wish we have live satellite view. how about just a live cam in the production line?!
I was going g by Cards67 who had a production number of 6718 (out of 9999 before it kicks back to 0001-different than my 1078/1718). His was produced two days ago. My number is 4679 (out of 9999). 9999-6718=3218, then add my 4679 to that and you get 7960. We have a Ford plant in Louisville, and I have many friends who work there. They said it is approximately 1 minute per vehicle (closer to 53 seconds per truck, at least here). Those are the numbers I was using. 7960 minutes equals 132.67 hours or 5.52 days. That many days after Cards67 production would be late in the day Monday with the plant closed. I know that is a lot of numbers, just trying to make sense of it all. Would love to find out I’m off by a couple of days, earlier of course. Not sure how you calc to 5.5 days and the 53 seconds per vehicle. we need to know how many cars per week they build. also I see different people have scheduled for 6/27 build week has a different XXXX/YYYY number in the denominator. Ok, so hoping sometime before the end of this build week (end of day tomorrow). I thought the 4679 was the “out of 9999” number people talk about.4679 should be a run number, not the number of vehicles in the run. About the highest I've seen is 1800 or so.
oh wow, that is a run number?! the xxxx/yyyy shows the number of cars in your run and the order of your car, right?4679 should be a run number, not the number of vehicles in the run. About the highest I've seen is 1800 or so.
I got the same answer twice from Ford Chat as well as my dealership. No specifics whatsoever.Well.. I broke down and did the Ford Chat to see if I had an update on my build date (which I was originally told a couple of weeks ago that it was 6/30). And, Ford said that there wasn't a date - it was TBD. I went into the chat hoping I'd be told 7/2 and then not have to worry about it for another day or so. But, given that information - thinking I'm going to quit tracking altogether and wait for an Email from Ford or the Dealer. Out of sight, out of mind?!
None of my trackers are working now, probably a blessing. Still hoping they’ll finish it by end of day tomorrow, but not holding out much hope at this point.oh wow, that is a run number?! the xxxx/yyyy shows the number of cars in your run and the order of your car, right?
well, there had to be more than 1 run going on in the assembly plant.
a min a car is pretty fast. based on a quick search, their capacity is at 25k per month. if 2 shifts works 16 hrs a day, that is 26 cars per min capacity. of course, I don't think they have enough parts these days to go full steam at capacity. I wish they could.
I have to say i've seen more and more dealers now have the BS or even the Bronco in stock these days. Usually one or two Bronco and 5 or 6 BS.
anyway....still no module info here.
