Curious what you replaced them with -- these are the best rain tire I've ever had (on my Jeep Wrangler, here in Houston...)

245/65 17 Toyo Open Country ATIII. Was not a fan of the Falkens, personally. I’ve had these Toyos on a few vehicles. You gain a slight amount of road noise (very little) but the trade off in FL is better wet performance, better handling, better ride. Specifically to this vehicle, I wanted the larger size and I found that cornering was greatly improved. That weird oversteer feeling I had on sharper turns to the left was gone. The increased weight made the steering feel tighter. The tread pattern meets the look I preferred.

All that being said, these Falkens are a huge improvement on most vehicles, and for sure the BS that come with Pirellis.
