Nope.

They were light attachment brackets I bought online but didn't work for what I wanted them to do. The small mounting lip for the lights didn't offer much in the way of adjustment.

His setup wouldn't affect adaptive cruise. The radar used for that is behind that flat rectangle patch in the grill right between his two lights. As long as you don't have anything in front of that you'll be fine
