What I linked to is the current manual as published by Ford, on a Ford-managed site. Printed manuals are nearly a year out of date at this point and unlikely to be corrected until the next model year. I wouldn't even expect and emailed insert unless it was a safety-critical item.
Also, if you're on a 1.5L, that differs from the 2.0L vis à vis engine oil, and may be the main disconnect here. Mine will be 2.0L, so that's where I'm coming from.
