I want to add a powered sub. Driver's side speaker wires were easy to find. Any advice with pics for which harness the passenger side speakers are located? I have the glove box out but still searching. I'm using the high level inputs on the sub obviously.

Which sound system does your truck have from factory?

In the 6 speaker system, they are all powered by the ACM. I would tap into one of the read door speakers.

In the B&O system, I would tap into the subwoofer signal coming from the DSP. That's what I did in my truck with the B&O set-up. If you get bass roll-off, you will need a keyloc or at least an LC2i bass control module to get rid of it.

If you have the BandO sound system I would still tap from the front door speakers. The signal processing on the BandO system sucks.

Tap into it and run wires into a line output converter then to your amp or powered sub. Less likelihood for noise and impedance issues.

I just took my door skins off and tapped into those wires then ran through the rubber conduit from the door to the body.

But then again I ran all my wires from all doors back to an audio control processor/line output converter, into amps then ran wires back into the doors to upgraded speakers.

Could really never figure out the wires on body side and running new wires through the door conduits was easy enough.

Much better sound.
