Recently had my 24 Bronco sport in for a water leak issue. They thought the leak was coming from the passenger door caused by a faulty weather stripping. I’ve have this car for 8 months now, leased it brand new. Noticed one day when vacuuming my carpets that my passenger side floor was soaking wet. Swept it up and then let it sit outside in the rain to see if it would happen again. It was worse. Made an appointment a week later, thought they solved the problem with replacing the weather stripping. Nope next day it was wet again. Car is currently back in the shop- got a call they need to keep it over night because they cannot find the leak anywhere!!!

curious if anyone had this issue and had any suggestions! Thanks!

I would think they would be using a water hose to spray water around the windshield and side window.

Do you have a sun roof?

They said they ran it through the car wash 30 times and then kept a hose on it to act like rain.. still nothing.. I park in a garage every night too and it still is wet every morning!

I think the compressor runs year-round in these vehicles. The defroster requires the compressor (to dry out the air).
They do this to also keep oil circulating through the compressor to lube it.
