2023 Big Bend... what fluids do I need to change?

This is my first AWD car so I'm not familiar with some of these acronyms.

I want to make sure I'm changing the right fluids. These are the ones I'm aware of:

• Oil - follow the Oil Life Indicator
• Brake - every 3 years
• Coolant - Every 5 years (couldn't find anything but that's what my last 2 cars were)
• Transmission - every 30k miles?
• RDU - ???
• PTU - ???

Anything else I'm missing? Any recommended intervals on the PTU and RDU?

Just me, not an expert.
oil - every 5,000 mi
brakes - every 3 yrs
coolant - every emotion 5 yrs
all others - every 30,000 mi

Been using fomoco fluids, dealer doing work as I have 10 yr warranty and want no questions

I'm at 38k so I missed the 30k. I was transferred at work a few months back. I went from a 3.5 mile round trip to work to a 90 mile round trip. Those miles added up fast!

I'll get those other 3 fluids changed soon. My look Ford quoted $250 for the transmission.
