I always question this also. They could have just decided on another brand of vehicle to purchase, or it could be other reasons.
Thay's why I suggested getting all the vehicle records from a Ford dealership.
I'm not brand loyal as are a lot of other people. I bought my 2021 BL used from a Land Rover/Jaguar
dealer. Took a chance and so far, just the battery issues and other TSB's, nothing major.
Not sure about the body repair issue. It say's it's a service contract claim which could be anything from a scratch repair to molding or trim problem, etc.
Would it stop me from buying the vehicle, only if I couldn't get the info I needed.
