1.5 EcoBoost - Transmission vibration/shudder/wobble (SSM 49930)

Noticeable between 30-40 mph and again at 70 mph, in both cases under slight load, or when attempting to maintain a constant speed. Dealership referred me to SSM 49930. Said bring it back in for evaluation of torque converter if it gets worse. Driving in Sport mode does help alleviate the condition at the lower speed range.

I have tried running it in each goat mode. No difference. Still shudders and get stuck in the shift. Clutch not engaging properly.

I just wanted to chime in on this as my Bronco Sport is a 2023 and I have similar problems and just got it back after the dealer reset the learning on the transmission in attempt to make it better, it didn't. My Bronco Sport has 9k miles on it and I can't even stand driving it to work because the transmission just constantly acts up. Unless I'm over 55mph its all over the place at lower speeds.
