1.5 EcoBoost - Transmission vibration/shudder/wobble (SSM 49930)

Noticeable between 30-40 mph and again at 70 mph, in both cases under slight load, or when attempting to maintain a constant speed. Dealership referred me to SSM 49930. Said bring it back in for evaluation of torque converter if it gets worse. Driving in Sport mode does help alleviate the condition at the lower speed range.

I have tried running it in each goat mode. No difference. Still shudders and get stuck in the shift. Clutch not engaging properly.
