Hi. I changed the tires for 245/65 17. Do you think that inflation pressure is correct (29") with the new size?

Hi everyone, Wondering what my tire pressure should be running on Wildpeaks 245/65/17? Fyi its also getting colder here in Canada so should the psi be lower than recommended? Thanks, J
