Embarrassed to say that wasn't a typo....it works now! LOL

Title kinda says it all. I'm able to remote start my vehicle with the App and using one of the two key fob's. I hit unlock and then remote start twice and it flashes red but nothing happens. My thought is that this key is not authorized but i'm not sure how to let the system know that.

I have the factory installed tow package and my receiver height is just under 17''. I want to tow the same Uhaul 5x8 trailer as you. What hitch would you recommend? Would it make a difference if I get the RockerBall or not?
