I received my Bronco a week ago which is when I discovered my ordering error

I was informed via chat msg when placing my order that the premium pkg included a Navigation system, but it doesn't. I definitely want one vs using thru my phone. Which system do you recommend? I will definitely have to have it installed. Thank you!

Awesome!! I picked up my BL Saturday!!! Love it!!! But, I made a mistake on my order sheet... I somehow didn't end up with built in navigation... I must have missed selecting the option... that bummed me out but I can use my phones thru the panel.

I have not received any follow up or help to complete May registration. Who can I reach out to?

I went thru registration today... received an email that my Badlands verification failed... myndeliver date is March 6-12. I used the same email and entered my VIN. My son and I want to do Moab in May ... any help would be appreciated!

Our dates line up almost exactly.... my delivery date is currently set for March 6-12. Crossing fingers!!!

I just received an email from Ford that my production date has been moved from 1/24 to 1/31... ugh. My order date was 10/19.

Good question! Contact your dealership. This whole thing is a nut show! Now mind you, this was my 3rd order.... first was 2nd week of April and "lost", 2nd was in July and they asked to resubmit as a 22 which is the October order

Curious.... my production date is 1/24.... when yours was pushed out, did they notify you before original date or did you just follow on the order tracker? Sad that I am anticipating a delay but trying to stay hopeful! TY!

Dang... very frustrating I am sure. Do you know if you can only take delivery from the dealership or can you go get it?

My 2022 Badlands with Premium pkg, moonroof order was confirmed 10/29. On 11/18 I received an email with VIN saying that the production date is 1/24. No other communication to date. What delivery time-line should I expect?

Thank you!! Totally agree the first dealership jerked me! I do have confirmation from Ford this time with a VIN and window sticker. Just been crazy!! I am such a Ford loyalist but this one definitely made me think twice! Good luck to all of us!!

My story.... originally placed a 2021 Badlands with Badlands premium pkg April 12, 2021... was told in August would be filled with a 2022.... order "lost"... new order placed and confirmed Oct 19... received confirmation same day. I was thrilled to get a production date on November 19.... but...

Curious... was told by Ford and 2 local dealers i can not get Outer Banks with moonroof now...maybe will be back with 2022???? I had ordered a Badlands with Badlands pkg in April which got completely stalled and now cancelled for a 2022
