It’s towing! Curt hitch installed and towing trailer

The trailer is 10x5 around 800 lbs, the sxs weighs 1,100 lbs. It tows okay but it’s mostly flat in my area. I think it would struggle in hills or mountains

Anyone put on a large hood decal graphics yet?

My wife wanted something subtle so we went with matt black flag on our dark blue BS. Something that size you definitely want to use a wet method to apply. I applied it myself but I’ve done large vinyl on Rv’s in the past so it wasn’t my first time.

    Adding Tow Hitch

I’m in no way saying this install was for a novice that has never installed some type of electrical in a vehicle but the difference in installing the curt harness and Ford harness are minimal if any. Ford has these harnesses made by another company and just stamps their name on it. I would go as...

    Adding Tow Hitch

The hardest part about running the power wire from the battery was when I went through the grommet in the door jam, I had to reach up pretty high on the inside and feel for it in a hole just big enough to get two fingers in.....I have large hands.

    Adding Tow Hitch

I bought the harness through my local dealer, they printed out the directions for me. It’s the same ones that can be found in this thread https://www.broncosportforum.com/forum/threads/trailer-wiring-harness-recommendations.2131/#post-43000

    Adding Tow Hitch

I bought the Ford harness too, it’s one wire from the battery to the rear, all of the others wires splice in behind the rear interior panels. It took me 15 minutes to run that hot wire from the battery to the rear. There are only 5 other connections to make in the rear. The hardest part is...

    Trailer wiring harness recommendations?

I checked with 3 dealerships near me and none of them have done a Bronco, they want to change 7+ hours.....a little over $900! That’s why I’m planning on doing it myself.

    Wish the hood was flat

I was in line at a fast food drive though today and noticed a Honda CR-V, that compact Oldsmobile suv, and a Nissan Rouge in the line in front of me....all slightly different but very much the same! The BS will never be lumped in that category when it comes to looks!
