I can confirm that my Speed Compensation Volume does not work. I tested it last night on the interstate, turned it on and off and there was no change in the volume level. Is this bug, @Ford Motor Company?

There's not a lot of room under there. If you remove the floor covering the spare and fold down the back seats, you get a pretty good view.
