It should correct some of the geometry change but I guess I was wondering if there was any issues with the older kits for them to add them. Anyway the RTR kit was on sale so I couldn’t pass on it. 0.2” lower but a simpler install.
Sorry to hijack your thread ritch1 but thought I’d ask here since this is the latest post anyway. Anyone know why HRG added rear subframe spacers to the kit? It didn’t look like they had them before and no other 1.5” kits have them (that I know of).
My tires came in
and they are pretty flush.
The spring isolator looks pretty snug on it but yeah, I could see it knocking loose in the right scenario. I wonder why they didn’t just go with a single piece spacer. I do like how simple the kit is and doesn’t require a bunch of additional brackets/spacers.
Will look into it. It does look like 0w20 was only the rec in previous years for cold climates which doesn’t apply to me. I will probably do a couple oil analysis to see how this car does as well.
1.5L
Right, a quick initial google search had a lot of discrepancies so I had to look at the previous years manuals to compare. Do you happen to know if it’s still a plastic pan? I will verify with the drain and check the levels when the time comes. It’s the wife’s car that was purchased last...
Anyone change their oil on a 2025 and can confirm the oil capacity is 5.0qt? I looked through the manuals online and it looks like it's been 6.6qt and 5w20 since 2022. 2025 says 5.0qt and 0w20.
Right, that is a downside. Would have been perfect if they retained them underneath since there is space. Personally much prefer the redesign aesthetically though.
Do you have any pictures of how flush the tire is with the fenders? I just ordered these tires for my wife's new Heritage and currently looking at lift kits.
Looks great. What offset are your wheels? Trying to figure out clearance for possible spacers on my stock heritage 17” wheels with soon to be 245/65/17 tires.
Also did you install the lift kit yourself? I skimmed through the instructions and noticed the RTR doesn’t relocate the abs wire/brake...
