  1. Front fender fabric liner.

Interesting that this pop up today. I had one come off yesterday. It came off in one piece, I threw it in the back of the vehicle. I may try to reinstall it, but maybe need a body shop.
  2. Boost Gauge just disappeared!

It is configurable, you can add it, but only to the modes mentioned before.
  3. Spare tire question

My 2025 Big Bend has no spare. I asked the dealers online chat to get me info about what service dept could come up with. I heard nothing. I went to Harbor Freight and got a jack, tire iron and set of plugs. Better than nothing. I had a spare for my Ranger which I had for six years with no...
  4. Need Forums Advice 1.5 vs 2.0

Makes sense. I had mine three months and went to the dealer for oil change and they were telling me it was too soon. But I like having it changed right after a break in period. Maintenance is cheaper than replacement.
  5. Can’t give sync voice commands when connected to CarPlay

I had that happen, and I received a message to hold the button down longer for Siri. It worked for me.
  6. 91 octane or 87, 2025 BS BL

I have been using 91 octane (highest available here) since I saw a post here about it. I do get better mileage. There is a bigger jump in price from 87 to 89 than 89 to 91, so why not. And I have the 1.5L engine, so any improvements are welcome. I have had it about three months and have an oil...
  7. Looking for a Mini-Spare

I was thinking of trying to find a spare tire for mine, too. The other question I have is do I even have a jack to be able to change a tire. I looked, I have the pump setup with sealant, but didn’t see a jack.
  8. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

The best I have been able to do is have lane keeping on low level alert. The least annoying so far. And when you turn on cruise control it automatically sets the speed, so just one more button to push.
  9. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

Well, the Ford engineers must have decided that we don’t need a hardware button, because my vehicle does not have one. It’s a 2025, and they just have to change a few things every year.
  10. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

I totally understand that I can turn off this feature with a button, but I would prefer that it could be programmed not to go on in the first place. I tuned my 2019 Ranger with an SCT flash tuner just so I wouldn’t have to push the button every time I drove it so that it wouldn’t shut the engine...
  11. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

I have gotten it to tolerable levels. I set the cruise control to regular and the lane control to low alert. I may still check with the dealer. I do appreciate everybody’s input. I have been driving a long time, and don’t need assistance. I drove a garbage truck for a couple of years, and trust...
  12. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

Right. I don’t understand why they have a “settings” and “features” menus. Anyway, that’s about all I can find, so if it doesn’t work, I may call the dealer. I’m not driving there if it can’t be done.
  13. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

The manual doesn’t even mention that turning on cruise control also turns on lane keeping, but I tried it a few times, and it definitely does. I did go into the “features” in the vehicle display and set cruise control to normal instead of adaptive. I will see if that takes care of it.
  14. Is there a way to turn on cruise control without lane keeping?

I appreciate the features in the vehicle, but I don’t like the lane keeping. Every time I turn on cruise control, the lane keeping also turn on. I haven’t found a way around that. Anyone know? 2025 BS Big Bend
  15. Bronco? Ranger? Bronco Sport? What should I buy?

I traded my Ranger in for a Bronco Sport, so I have driven both. The Ranger had more power with the 2.3l engine, but mine was not 4x4. Either will work, but if you go with a Ranger I suggest getting a 4x4. I never got stuck with the Ranger, but I was concerned a couple times with steep gravel hills.
  16. Anyone thinking about adding a Race Chip?

I have an SCT X4 tuner that I have used on previous vehicles. I was hoping to use a stock tune on the BS, but it doesn’t look like SCT will support this vehicle.
  17. Top Tier Fuel

I read on this forum (from the manual) that premium fuel is recommended. I can only find 91 octane here in Tucson, but it did make some improvement over 87. But we do have Chevron, which I have read is the fuel that manufacturers use for their mileage numbers. Shell and Mobil worked best for my...
  18. 1.5L Ecoboost Dragon Engine Review by Car and Driver

I was a little concerned about lack of power. But I also know the frustration of driving a faster vehicle on public roads. I read in this forum that premium fuel is recommended, so after using the tank that came with it, I filled up with premium, and I do feel like it made some improvement.
  19. K&N intake?

That may work for you. I had a CAI for a V6 Mustang that required a tune. Completely different performance. I looked for my EcoBoost Mustang, none required a tune, so within OEM specs. Passed on those. My opinion: anything that doesn’t require a tuner will give minimal gains. Also, I live in...
