The black nylon rivet/bolt in the middle of the pic, pry it up or cut the head off. Or you could just grab the whole thing and rip it out. The rivet goes where the hold down bolt goes, so try not to damage that metal standoff. Leave the felt mat.

I have been through this with my Mustang and the Bronco Sport. I bought a mini spare, jack kit, and hold down on eBay for a reasonable price and it all fit great. Allow me a little time and I'll gather the details for your shopping list.

In the Mustang, you really needed to pay attention in Manual mode.

Is there a way to select Manual mode?

I did the swap on a '23 Mustang where both had the same 10 Speed AT. It was plug and play. If the Mav never offered paddles, it might prove to be a challenge. I would like to put paddles on my Big Bend, but it has an 8 Speed AT.

Are you wanting to put a Bronco Sport Badlands in a Maverick? I found one. (PM) I'm guessing both have a ten speed?

I've looked and cannot find any info on the accessory ready M6-1.0 mounts in the dash tray. Are there kits or post you can put here.
