Just got the OTA for the NA 2 23 maps. Are there any terrain changes or maps with this new update? I wish Ford could be transparent with what these new updates are.

Ok so weird! Ford says that you can’t do navigation updates through the sync system but I somehow got NA 2 22 by surprise! Do you think this is a full version of it? Very odd!!

I got my car in September 2020. Should it still come with the 5 years of map upgrades? Also, I don’t understand the different files since I updated my sync system to 3.4.21388. Is it missing some extra files? I’m updating through WiFi and this is what I’m seeing.

Actually, we have a surprise! :-) The new Sync Update is out Sync 3.4.21388. Hope it resolves everyone's issue. We had been waiting a long way, but Ford surprised us!

I'm not sure I just saw that on the Ford navigation website and it's pretty new to me. So I don't know if the website's still being updated. I work for Amazon Flex as a contractor so yes I definitely agree since it improves the experience.

I believe the navigation downloads used to be free, and now we have to pay for a one-time digital download. That's crazy! But understand that Ford's trying to make money out of us. What are Gracenotes? Is that a media player file? Do we know what specific changes are in this version?

I definitely agree it’s a safety feature, I’m not sure if the switch is malfunctioning, therefore, will need to double-check with my dealer to see what’s going on.
