We are planning a trip to off-road in the San Juans - Colorado - in September. Last June 2023, we took our stock BS Badlands over Corkscrew Gulch, Yankee Boy Basin, (had to stop partway due to snow coverage), Last Dollar, and Brown Mountain.

I’m curious which trails in the San Juans you’ve wheeled in your Sport recently, and what your experience was. Additional, for our upcoming trip, we’ve been discussing going over Imogene. I know Bronco Sports have done Imogene, but I’m curious in hearing from anyone who’s gone over it in the last year or so.

We’re on Falken Wildpeak AT3s 235/65r/17 and just installed the HRG 1.5” lift. Photo on Brown Mountain prior to lift install.

I've backpacked in the San Juans, but never off-roaded. My experience in southern NM is that you'll rub on the hump between the ruts made by higher clearance vehicles. I also added a 1.5" lift and I put a skid under the driver's side to protect the fuel lines, and a skid over the catalytic converter to grade that hump. Just got the cat skid put on and haven't had a chance to try it yet. Soon. Nice photo.
