Well, after 3 years, the sunroof on my BS started doing some creaking noises. I assumme its in need of cleaning and lubrication. Any idea which type of grease and where should I lubricate?

My local dealer cannot find a part number for a missing cloth-like cover at the bottom of my BS (check left pic below) Does anyone here know what part number it might be?
