Good luck with the new ride, I would do the same if my Badlands was that troublesome, I should probably do it anyway, the powertrain warranty ends next month.
I Just came back from walking the dogs, someone in the hood has a new Honda Passport Trail Sport, it has bright orange look at me front tow hooks and I thought to myself that's just trying too hard.
I was happy when I got home to my Area 51 Badlands with its stock black color tow hooks and...
My 21 Sport came with a standard FoMoCo lead acid battery which caused a number of electrical issues. I don't know how the BMS was set but I did try the procedure Dude posted early on and it didnt change anything.
The battery was replaced under warranty with a Motorcraft AGM, I've not had any...
Unfortunately with transmission problems you'll need to take it to a dealer or an independent to have it diagnosed. Start at the link below to see if your Sport is eligible for any recalls or programs.

You can temporarily switch off the automatic shutdown feature, it will reset on the next ignition cycle. You can also override the automatic shutdown at anytime before the 30 second count down by turning it off or resetting the timer.
Just had my Badlands serviced at the dealer yesterday. Talked with the service writer about how many Sports he has seen or written up with bad waterpumps, transmissions or RDU's and he said very few and there are a lot of them on the road.
He then said for most people vehicle's are the most...
I have a 2021 Badlands, I don't think I would buy another. I still have an issue with its lack of towing capability, and the 2025's move to having a number of controls being screen based is a deal breaker. they are awkward to use when driving and are a distraction.
You should be able to get the battery checked for free at most any of the large chain auto parts stores, that would at least answer if the battery voltage is the cause of the problem.
In your last photo the outer side member is still in place
Did you remove the front cross member so the outer side member can be removed.
In the photo I see you have 3 of the 4 bolts removed that attach the outer side member.
Once the outer side member is removed you will have access to the...

Guess it matters where you live, high school kids in the better neighborhoods get BMW's, WRX s, Toyota Tacoma's etc.
I mostly see younger women driving Bronco Sports even though I have one, then again the wife drives it much more than I do, my daughter likes to borrow it as well.
2.0 litre Mavericks use the 8F35
According to Ford authority the 7 speed version was previously used in the Focus ST and Edge ST, 2nd gear is programmed out, the Lobo also uses the additional transmission cooling from the 4k tow package.
From the owners manual.

You must keep your hands on the steering wheel at all times.
Lane centering only activates when all of the following occur:

Your opening post doesn't mention a tune, just the downpipe
I do agree that a tune along with the downpipe can provide great results, I've done it before.
A tune alone helps the EcoBoost engines quite a bit. Unfortunately a lot of those mods are illegal in a number of states for street use, so...
That is the kind of trouble nobody needs.
Unfortunately your Sport is now in the mileage range where transmission issues seem to occur for some people.
Would you know if the transmission was ever serviced? not like it matters now.
As already mentioned, it's likely best to find a reputable...
That downpipe is a nice piece if you live in a state with lax emissions regulations.
Used to do that kind of stuff a long tme ago, swapping out the catalytic converter with a "test pipe". Doing that alone didn't really provide a performance gain, just more sound which made you think you had...
