Yeah thats a small gap Ford specs already reduced gap appropriately.

Its common to reduce gap in turbo engine cause of so much cylinder pressure spark can struggle to jump the gap. But it looks like Ford specifies small gap already. My old SRT4 factory gap spec around .050 and I reduced to .032 to prevent misfires since I bent waste gate arm to up boost a few PSI.

Yes it takes a little less then 1 quart.
