  1. A long wait to end in disappointment (Today I saw the Bronco Sport I ordered)

Im sure they’ll sell it to someone else. Interesting how people talk themselves out of something.
  2. Thinking of changing trim

Im glad I didn’t order a Bad Lands, the lack of a carpet would drive me nuts. I spent years driving service vans with rubber floor mats. I put our OB in sport mode today, it’s more than quick enough.
  3. First edition 17” inch black ebony wheels

Any powder coating shop can change the color of wheels. The problem is, sometimes Ford charges a core charge on some wheels, it just adds to the cost.
  4. OFFICIAL OXFORD WHITE Bronco Sport Thread

Took ours for a drive to the lake, yesterday.
  5. Any lawyers here? Ford just screwed me w/ my Bronco Sport

Ford sets the rules, sounds like the dealer screwed up. When they placed the order, it should have been a ā€retailā€ order, not ā€stockā€ Ours was the first Bronco Sport delivered to our dealer, with no issues. Even when I did a vin search, on this site it came up with my name on the order.
  6. Bronco Sport Outer Banks area 51

How are the tires, and rubbing? Man, the factory tires are skinny.
  7. Anyone seen both the Outer banks and Badlands leather seats? Which is nicer?

The top section of the Bad Lands seats are brown, which I like better. As soon as my dealer gets their parts info, I may look at switching them,.
  8. Anyone seen both the Outer banks and Badlands leather seats? Which is nicer?

Ford uses real, split leather. They can’t say ā€œLeatherā€ and not really use leather, these days. What I wasn’t expecting, was they grey material between the centre cushion and the brown.
  9. I hate the white letters!

Most dealers don’t even have the parts lists yet, wait till after the new year. If it’s anything like Mustangs, the aftermarket will be flooded with this stuff, soon enough.
  10. Anyone seen both the Outer banks and Badlands leather seats? Which is nicer?

Hereā€˜s the Outer Banks, not what I was expecting, from the pictures I saw when I ordered the Bronco.
  11. Reliability and Recalls

I’ve never put much faith in Consumer Reports, I sold furnaces for 20+ years, and some of their furnace ratings were out to lunch. As with any first year model, there will be growing pains, but I’m prepared for anything. My dealer has always been excellent for anything that come up on any of my...
  12. Badlands has Falkan Tires and a Pirelli Spare???? Also other questions??

I’ll check the spare on my Outer Banks, it has Michelin tires. As with any first year model, I’m sure we’ll all see more recalls.
  13. Just got home

    yup, it’s pretty easy.
  14. Just got home

We keep our plates, and transfer them from vehicle to vehicle, plus when you do the deal at the dealership, they do the work to transfer the ownership and the plates to the new vehicle.
  15. Just got home

Just got home from the dealership, about a half hour trip on the highway. Way nicer than our 2019 Escape. Way more room, feels nice on the road. Plenty of power. I need to fine tune a bunch of stuff, and get use to the automatic headlights, and cornering lights.
  16. Picking up Bronco Today

    Enjoy!
  17. Ours showed up yesterday

I kinda like the white emblems on the back, I’ve been know to remove as many as I can from other cars & trucks I’ve had in the past.
  18. Ours showed up yesterday

Thanks! First thing I said to my wife, ā€œit looks like a Stromtrooperā€ and last night I ordered a Galactic Empire sticker for the back window.
  19. Ours showed up yesterday

Everything they put on the car is removable. I usually remove the sticker, but I’ll keep the license plate covers. Should be ready to pick up tomorrow, and I’ll take some more pictures.
  20. Ours showed up yesterday

Yes they did, they were pretty excited. It’s the first one theyā€˜ve received.
