  1. 2025 Bronco Sport Scheduled for Production

You could get lucky. I went though same thing last year. Order was confirmed in August (also a Badlands) and it showed up at the dealer in early December. One thing though. If you know who get elected it may wind up costing $2-3k more with his proposed tariff since it's built in Mexico. The...
  2. What did you Name your Bronco Sport?

Ed! Simple. He is obedient too.
  3. Any roof racks you can sit on for an extended period of time?

I got the Yakima LocknLoad. Haven't finished yet.
  4. BS / iPhone oddities

I understand that but it was available as part of the Premium package when I ordered mine in August. It was later removed. It was available with the Premium Package prior to 2024. See the attachments.
  5. BS / iPhone oddities

Sync 3.4 is not the limiting factor. The first Mulroney had it listed for my '24 Badlands Premium. It was later removed since Ford decided to save $20/car and didn't install the necessary chip. I know cause I bitched! My '21 MME FE had everything wireless.
  6. BS / iPhone oddities

Just a note. The 2024 Bronco Sports do not have wireless iPhone (or Android) connections. Ford removed the chip to save money. I real pisser since my '21 Mustang Mach E had it.
  7. Steering wheel vibration when switching lanes?

There are TWO lane keep assists buttons. One is on the steering wheel, the other is a button on the end of the turn signal stalk. My guess is that you inadvertently pressed to the one on the turn signal. They perform slightly differently. The one one the left side of the steering wheel works...
  8. Deceptive Advertising by Ford and AT&T for 4G Wi-Fi Hot Spot!!! :-(

I’ve had the same issue. This my first BSBL. I traded my ‘21 MME First Edition which had a hotspot. When I ordered my ‘24 BSBL in August, the order form had it listed too. At one point the sales guy sent me the “mulrony”. I didn’t notice that it missing. When the car arrived in December it...
  9. Rear tires slipping in snow/slush

Easy. While the 4wd isn’t locked in slippery it does engage as needed. At points during your route you encounter a stretch of dry pavement while the 4wd is still engaged it could cause a number of things to if you were turning, stopping or accelerating, all of which could damage the drive train...
  10. Official script Bronco Sport badge

For 125.00, they can keep them for a heritage moment 20 years from now.
  11. Thirsty ⛽ Thursday!!! Let's see those Gas Stations photos!

No photo but a gas station observation. I had a Mustang Mach E First Edition, purchased in March 2021 for over 3 years, I never entered any gas station For over 3 years. When I traded for “Ed”, my BS Badlands this past month and went my usual gas station pre MME, on a flyer I entered my...
  12. Collision with Deer - 20k in repairs

In today's cars all the big electronics are in the front end, radar, lidar, etc. I imagine that stuff will get damaged with the slightest bump.
  13. Internal modem

I did yesterday. Guess what? My car isn't equipped with the necessary hard/software. I mentioned above, It was deleted by Ford AFTER I ordered the car. Bummer.
  14. Internal modem

Nope! it is in the specifications. "4G LTE Wi-Fi hotsport connects up to 10 devices..."
  15. MY TAKE WORLDS LONGEST CAR WASH

You washed it? My off roading friends say that a mud bath is still a bath! I've had mine since Dec. 1 and it now has 2400 miles on it (one road trip up/down I-95 for 1000 miles) and I ain't washed it yet! If it does get washed maybe in the spring it will be by my hand. No auto car washes for my...
  16. JcrOffroad Roof Rack prototyping for Bronco Sport!

I did the Yakima LockNLoad platform. Now I’m trying to figure the best was to secure my traction boards without spending a pile for Yakima’s kit.
  17. Internal modem

On my Mustang Mach E it cost me $20/month for wifi. On my wife’s 2019 Audi Q5 it’s $15/month. We rarely use cell data. Since I use CarPlay almost exclusively (WAZE, Apple Music, Google maps, etc) I much prefer Wi-Fi access.. also Ford did a new thing maybe just in sync 4, that lets you tap into...
  18. Internal modem

I took delivery of my 2024 Bronco sport Badlands 2 weeks ago. After a few days of fiddling it was clear that I had no Wi-Fi connection in the car. So, when I use CarPlay, it’s all cell data. Now it does hook up to my home Wi-Fi when there, BUT away from my home nothing. I called Ford and they...
  19. Bronco Sport tops Consumer Reports' "Most Reliable Compact SUV" list

I'd disagree particularly when it comes to Jim Farley. He is a car guy from the "get-go". An experienced racer, too. I won't contest the quality issues but my Badlands hasn't demonstrated any issues yet. But I think there is a reason. The car produced originally as an Escape, is now pretty...
