My thought is if you can get an extra pair of mats of any kind for free take’em. Store them away because some day your mats WILL wear out or you can make your car look better for a buyer. I have eventually wished I had an extra set in every car I owned.

That was exactly the choice we had to make. If you are not seriously off-roading the Hybrid CRV is clearly the “wise” choice. It’s what we should have bought. But our hearts won in the end. 5,000 miles in and no regrets.
