As a motoring enthusiast I would like to commend you on caring enough to fix the issue, unlike others who put in aftermarket NOT D.O.T. LEDs that sear your eye balls.
It has been my experience from ALL dealerships, if you do not sit there and wait, your car gets pushed to the back of the day. I was a pre-owned salesman and a service writer at a GM dealer.
I am not sure on your trim, but ours is an electronic auto dimming mirror. If you think it is too dark, perhaps it is faulty. Sit in a different Bronco to see if it is the same, either a friends or in the showroom.
From the ad, it seems to have so-so tread warranty, is not snow rated, and the UTGQ (expected wear) is pending. You live in Ohio where snow is either hit miss or a daily chore (Cleveland), I would spend a bit more for security.
If you were in a rarely snow area and easy on tires, I would take a...
Ours just hit 10k, and have owned since May. It is primarily my wife’s car. When I am with her, I notice the surges pulling out of our development. My thought was it was the transmission going through the “learning” process and have not treated it as an issue that needs further action. Yet.
We are currently in the middle of a 4k mile road trip and ours is doing the same thing. We have <7k miles. Will probably stuff a small piece of black foam into the area when we get home next week.

Do you have a sunroof? It is not uncommon ( in any vehicle) to have the drain tube for the sunroof get clogged. That is why I no longer put a hole in a perfectly good roof. That, and it adds weight to your top which is not a benefit to your center of gravity.
Thanks for your post. Next month we are taking our BSBL from Mi to Ut, returning through Co, Tx to Mi. We are getting about 3 mpg more than our 15 Edge V6.
In the U.S. you are not required to go to the dealer. You will have to keep track of ALL maintenance work, and if there is an issue, you will have to fight to get Ford to cover the cost. For the most part oil changes are not a big deal as long as you have records. But, if their is a part...
Coopers are solid. I have them on my MINI. We had them on the Edge my wife traded in on the BS, had 120,000 miles on them, she is not super hard on tires, just rotate every 10k
At one point J.D.Power had clout, my issue that now they give out their rankings for eight different industries like healthcare and financial services. This in my opinion, lessens that clout.
While I am pleased to hear this news, unfortunately, J.D. Powers’ name has been distilled to mean pretty much nothing.
It almost a joke, akin to Motortrend Car or Truck of the Year always goes to whomever had the highest ad budget.
