I bought a new 1979 L82.

My build date was 02/11/22 and I have a metal pan, no manual insert and 6.0 qt puts it dead on the max line. My book says 5.3 qt and has no insert.

Mine too because we have the 18' wheels/tires. The one in the video had the 17's.

So what do you tighten it with ?

My 2022 book says 5.3 qt and it was produced on 02/11/22. No addendum either.

My recall was completed. No injectors were replaced. That is not part of the recall. The recall is only a band-aid UNTIL and IF you have one or more injectors leak. Then they will replace them if the SUV didn't burn to the ground. Sucks but that's the facts.

My 2022, 1.5L takes a FULL 6qts to be at the top of the full range.

My recall was done over a month ago. You have a sorry dealer. They are doing you wrong.

They have it. They just don't know it. It is in red on supplement #2 dated Feb 10th posted above. ALL dealers have the software for ALL years now.

Yes injector recall. They ordered the part (hose). It was done on 01/24/23 and mine was the first one they had done.

Mine was done 2 weeks ago.

OMG. Where is it located to have to remove all that ?
