The Sport is gone. We really wanted to love this vehicle but OWNEROFBS could not let go of an underlying worry of more breakdowns and hassles with the fixes. Great group here and I have totally enjoyed chattin' with y'all over the years! We wish everyone nothing but the best for the future...

Kinda sounds like a relay doin' a little jitter bug.

Also, you should feel some "crab walking" like a straight axle 4x4 with rear locker engaged, once the RDU is really shot.

Recent club member. No sound heard and no evidence of a "hit" from anything, it just started to crack, top center-left. Seemed to be stress related. Took a few days to get the replacement scheduled but it's now done. I hope this aftermarket one holds up better than the OEM.

In the past I have always changed out driveline fluids with the vehicle up on 4 identical ramps, on a level concrete/asphalt pad/driveway. I have never had an issue doing the service this way. Do any of y'all place the vehicle's body level instead? Like using jack stands or up on a lift? Is...

BS back home. They DID replace the axle, they DID replace the RDU vent hose with the upgraded version and they DID use sealer for a required drilled hole to insert the riv-stud into, to attach the hose clamp eyelet onto. They DID NOT clean up/off the slung grease. I guess we can call it a win...

BS finally back at dealer and OWNEROFBS got a 2024 BSBB as a loaner. So, fingers crossed, they get it right this time. We shall see...
