According to ford's parts site, that part number translates to JX6Z-10A862-A which, for the bronco sport only lists 2025. Odd.
Location for this one is in the floorboard.

Here's an alternate spot to get it...
Would it be either of these?

I have a 24 outerbanks. I have my wife's fob linked with preset 1. My fob is linked to preset 2. What is also nice is that the mirrors will also move to the preset position.
Just to confirm. When you tried to set it up and link a fob, was:
1) the vehicle on, engine off
2) the vehicle on, engjne...
When looking at Ford's parts website, I didnt find the power fold mirrors at first. For some reason they have it separately listed from the non-power fold mirrors and are not linked together, unlike the non-power fold memory and non-memory mirrors.
I am a bit shocked to see the power fold...
The electronic parking brake can be disengaged with the battery dead. But it really isnt a convenient method. The service manual i have states to chock the wheels, then remove the parking brake actuator motors from the back side of the rear brake calipers. Then rotate the spindle 360° clockwise...
You can reboot the sync 3 system by holding power and next track button (not the steering wheel). Should be safer than turning off your car and opening the door.
You can pull the Sync 3 module with nav from another vehicle (must be for the same size screen). Youll have to deal with some adjustments to the programming (use an as-built for a similarly equipped BS but with nav) with forscan. When you do upgrades for sync, youll have to use a vin for a BS...
One odd thing I've found a few years back...
With my previous vehicle, I had found out from the service tech & parts guy that the part the dealer uses and installs only comes with 1 year warranty on the part, but if you buy the same motorcraft part from the parts department (or elsewhere, like...
You can disengage the electronic parking brake manually. It isnt convenient nor easily accessible. You have to unbolt and remove the parking brake actuator from each caliper then turn some knob/nut/spindle 360°.
I've had the unfortunate opportunity to experience that. It was... Frustrating to say the least. Feels similar to navigating a web brower and webpage without a mouse and only a keyboard on a non-touchscreen pc.
When you were reattaching the handle and lock cable mechanism, did you place the lock in the locked position before reattaching it to the panel?
Is the retention tab fully seated?
Weird...
My key lists part number: M2DT-15K601-CB
Which.... According to parts.ford.com isnt compatible with the BS. Tasca Auto Parts shows it is for the full size Bronco. I do have remote start button but no trunk button.
On Tasca, the associated keyfob part numbers are:
M1PZ-15K601-A

You fill through the vent tub location on top (under the engine filter housing).
The drain for the transmission is underneath. Do keep in mind that the PTU drain is also underneath but in a different spot.
The fluid level plug is of the driver side just to the rear of the halfshaft. Note that...
Ill add to this thread.
Have a 24 OBX. Currently at about 2300 miles. Got it new with about 284 miles on the odometer.
At 1200ish I check the level of the RDU and PTU. Found that I needed to add 2 oz to the rear and 6 oz to the front.
At 1600, finally check the transmission level. Had to add...
Sorry about the delay.
The red circle is a mounting post of some kind for the exterior handle assembly inside the door.
The green circle is the location for inserting the push pin zip tied on the wiring from the keypad.
The blue circle is where the current wiring and blank plug with 2x...
The trim piece is a orderable part (area 51 or orange)
Example part numbers:

m1pz78239a01bc
It looks like you pull the door panel off, then take off a bunch of screws holding the door handle surround piece and trim to the door panel. Finally, remove the bunch of screws keeping...
It is just listed as "Keypad" in the BdyCM (to use the listed name in forscan).
When I ordered it, I had used the ford points I got from getting the BS. Only cost $10 in tax.
Otherwise, I think Tasca Parts has it for cheaper than directly from ford.
