He is pretty knowledgeable on everything that is going on with constraints across all of the models. You might want to watch his videos on youtube and he explains a lot of what is happening. Just do a search for Long McArthur. He explained on tonight's weekly video about some of the build issues...
When I originally got the in car WifI it was back in 2018 when I got my 2019 Escape and it was only $15 a month then. Price stayed the same when I transferred it over to my Bronco Sport. Looks like AT&Thief raised their prices also.
I just got some prime ribs that I want to throw in the smoker once some of this snow melts away - just got a foot dumped on us this past weekend. So, I did the only thing that I could - I took the Bronco Sport out for a romp in the snow and she acted like it wasn't even there.
You might want to check out Long McArthur and Tim Bartz. He has a Live video stream on Tuesday nights at 8pm EST and you can ask him questions there. Has a lot of great information on any Ford product. You can ask him directly any questions you have by sending him an email to...
You contact AT&T and open an account and pay the monthly fee if you want to continue with it. You really don't need it unless you want to use your vehicle as a WiFi hotspot. I have it in my Bronco Sport (which I transfered over from my Escape) but not in my Maverick.
Just went to check the status of my Bronco Sport build using the Ford ETIS website only to find out that it is no longer available and states that its functionality has been discontinued: :frown:
As part of ETIS decommissioning the functionality which was available here can now be found in...
Yes, this is accurate. By law, no vehicle can be delivered with an accurate recall.
Only vehicle built before November 16th are involved. If a vehicle built after November 16th is sitting it is for some other reason.
The NHTSA and Ford have stated that as long as the vacuum brake booster...
I have used SAND mode in deeper snow and when going at lower speeds (below 40) since it will put the vehicle into full time 4wd mode and give better traction and steering. Once I get to the highway I shift into SLIPPERY mode. You will hear and feel the difference.
It almost seems like the NHTSA is saying one thing is wrong in the recall and Ford is saying that they are going to fix something else instead. Front brake pads do make more sense though since they are the ones that do most of the braking. Guess we will all have to wait and see what the final...
Did you get a copy of the Vehicle Visibility Report from your dealer? The VVR will tell you exactly what the status of the vehicle is and where it is. If it is on a chip hold status, it will say that right in the report. It will also give Ford's ETA to the dealer on it.
It was built on 01/12 and is expected to arrive at your dealer between 02/03 and 02/09, however according to the visibility report it hasn't been shipped yet.
Maybe the Badlands and First Edition have the "missing" vacuum sensor? The NHTSA and Ford aren't very forthcoming with any detailed information about exactly what is involved and the differences between them all.
I was going to buy one of those Bronco II models, but they ended up discontinuing them before I had enough money to buy one since most of my dollars went to tuition at the time.
As far as wiring them - this is from the item description:
Easy to install: Please splice and connect the red wire to the positive pole wire of the turn signal light or driving light, and wrap them with electric tape together ; please connect the black wire to the iron body part of the car...
