Got mine serviced last week at our local Ford dealer. I posted a video of how the shudder chattering sounded like and mine only had 10K miles or 16K km. Luckily I went on time before the discs on the RDU wore out. Dealer replaced the oil and added a friction modifier to address the issues...

So this is the updated video after the rear diff fluid and friction modifiers were used. No more shudder or chattering. A huge difference when compared to the previous video. Thanks for the heads up and help provided!

Update: issue solved. The dealer replaced the RDU fluid and added a friction modifier. Also reprogrammed the PCM module for the battery campaign. Told me it was the first unit they received doing such noise at that very low mileage. Will post an updated video with the noise gone later! Thanks...

Thanks Dude. I saw the vent tube thread and proceeded to look up the TSB. Partially removed the felt liner inside the wheel arch and was able to get a photo of the vent hose. Luckily, I have the updated one even though my BS was manufactured on September 2022

Never crossed any water bodies with the Bronco Sport. Not sure if there would be an issue with vent hose. Are they too short or low positioned?

Could you further explain why the brackets are an issue? I am considering this skid plate for my 22 Big Bend. Thought you could service the oil and filter without removing the entire plate.:frown:
