  1. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

Thank you for the glowing review you posted here and on our site!
  2. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

All the same. Different models just get you inverted shocks and reservoirs. Aside from that, travel and valving are the same.
  3. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

1.5” on Base/ Big Bend/ Outer Banks and 2.0” on Badlands.
  4. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

Oops, sorry, I don’t always see notifications unless I proactively check. Stroke does increase. You get the lift and increased travel to keep the shock compression/ droop travel ratios in the optimal positions.

Ok, maybe this will help your mechanic... If the shock was leaking, you generally wouldn't have liquid that high up. The shock in inverted, meaning it points downward. If you blew an oil seal the oil would be coming directly from the bottom and have oil all over parts below the shock/ hub area...
  6. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

Yeah, your tech seemed to point to the endlink…from my own experience, I forgot to tighten one of the jam nuts on the endlink myself and I had a clicking over bumps. Check and make sure they are tight. The nut should go against the blue endlink body and get it good and tight. When it’s loose it...
  7. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

This is so confusing... you just rotate the blue perch (directly under the spring) counter clock-wise on either the left or right side height adjuster. You only move the blue perch, not the whole thing the spring is sitting on. If you can't move the ring, it's because the smaller ring directly...

Victor, I just replied to your email... you are asking us to diagnose something we haven't seen, and didn't install. We have dealers (which you purchased through, and had install) for this very reason. They should be your primary point of contact. They saw the car, they worked on the car, they...
  9. Frankenstein lift idea

*Can't get higher than 135lb in a 16" barrel spring from our supplier. In a traditional 16" 2.5ID, I can get up to a 275lb. For Camber correction, I have camber plates because I wanted to test them out...they are at dead center, and I haven't even installed our camber bolt yet. Lifted 2.0" in...
  10. Frankenstein lift idea

The only caveat to this is when you start diving into long barrel springs, higher rates become more scarce. Our supplier, LPS; only goes to a 16” 135lb spring.
  11. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

For spring rates, we were able to put the OEM shocks on the dyno to guess thee rates Ford used as at the time, it was unknown. In our testing, we pretty much nailed it in terms of rates you can do. If you were to order the comfort option for the suspension, it would have rates similar to OEM. If...
  12. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

For what it's worth, our lifted (2.0 front/ 1.5 rear) has no shudder or anything and I absolutely love driving it any chance I get. I've had a guy pick up and drop off the BS to do a hitch and when he returned (he has a Wrangler) he said "I wasn't expecting the ride to be that nice with the...
  13. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

If you plan to have it installed at Felix Performance (with us assisting in the install/ set up) you can do everything through Felix Performance as I've given Melanie a heads up on what you want to order. If you are planning to install elsewhere, you can order the suspension and the subframe...
  14. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

That’s odd about the shop; we did the very first install on our Bronco Sport with them as we wanted a local installer to work with that would be familiar with it. Maybe Melanie (who you might’ve talked to) was just unsure about it, but the owner is very familiar. In fact, if you went there, one...
  15. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

No code, the discount was the sale price you saw. Thanks for your order!
  16. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

I’d say 2.0” front, 1.5” rear is a very very easy on the car lift and gives you a leveled height.
  17. Flatout Suspension GR Lite kit experience, impressions & review

Thank you Danny, I really appreciate the kind words.
  18. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

Ok so there are about 20 or so of our suspensions out in the wild, let’s hear your thoughts!! Plenty of you guys tell me (so I know the answer), but tell the people here!
  19. FlatOut Suspension ordered & Installed

I’m interested to hear your thoughts on the proposed rear spring rate being higher. The 250 keeps things soft and has a load capacity of about 400lbs before seeing just under an inch of sag. On OEM wheels I noticed an improved ride quality over stockwith the shocks fully on “soft” on the knob)...
  20. Flatout Suspension lift suspension!!

I’m getting lots and lots of emails about installs happening! Lots of orders too! I’m shocked at how many Bad Lands people are going with our GR40! The promo thing should’ve ended already, but I’ll let one more sneak in before these go to normal price.
