  1. Auto Start/Stop Disabled?

I hesitated to try auto hold, but once I did I really liked it. Basically when auto stop/start shuts off your engine you can take your foot off the brake pedal and the vehicle holds in place. Then you just press the accelerator pedal when you want to start the engine and go. The auto hold...
  2. Poll: How much did you pay for your Bronco Sport?

Interested in how much people paid for their Bronco Sport. Please include any rebates in your cost. For example if you paid MSRP and got a $500 rebate then you would choose "Up to $500 under MSRP".
  3. Auto Start/Stop Disabled?

I know a lot of people don't like auto start/stop but where I live in Southern California I spend so much time sitting in traffic that it really saves a lot of gasoline. I also use the auto hold feature so I don't have to keep my foot on the brake when I am sitting at a traffic light or in stop...
  4. Off-Roading Poll

Thanks to everyone for responding to this poll. I am impressed that approximately 65% of you have been off-roading with your Bronco Sport. That is what it is built for. This is the first vehicle I have driven off-road and I really enjoy it. Every trail I take is a little harder than the last...
  5. Spotting other Bronco Sports

I have only seen one since I bought mine in February. I just saw it a couple of days ago and it still had the temporary tags and looked brand new. I like having a vehicle that is uncommon. I know that won't last but I am currently enjoying lots of attention from people who are very interested...
  6. Poll: How did you buy your Bronco Sport?

My Bronco Sport was a pre-order that the customer canceled. The dealer told me at that time (February 2021) that the only Bronco Sports that they had received were cancelled pre-orders. I drove a Bronco Sport at another dealer before I bought this one. The first dealer wanted $5000 over list...
  7. Poll: How did you buy your Bronco Sport?

I'm interested to see how people bought their Bronco Sport.
  8. Edmund's picks Subaru Forester over Bronco Sport

The Bronco Sport is a true off-road vehicle. The Subaru Forester is not. It is like comparing apples and oranges. My mechanic will not even work on a Subaru. He advised me not to buy any vehicle with CVT as they are seeing lots of problems with them. I have absolutely no wind noise with my...
  9. Official ICONIC SILVER Bronco Sport Thread

No black roof for me. Too hot for southern California. Chose base because I like the wheels.
  10. Build date help??

If you call your dealer's service department they will be able to tell you the exact build date. In fact the service department at any dealership can give you the build date if you give them the VIN.
  11. Off-Roading Poll

Great picture. When you say blue rated and black diamond rated are those mountain biking ratings?
  12. Off-Roading Poll

Sorry to hear about your experience. There are off-road training classes available in some areas. Maybe you can look into doing that.
  13. Off-Roading Poll

Interested to see how many owners have actually driven their Bronco Sport off-road. When I say off-road I do not mean simply a dirt road. I mean a road that a standard vehicle cannot navigate due to clearance and/or traction.
  14. What was your Build Date?

What was your build date? Mine was 11/25/2020. I believe the first date of production was 10/26/2020. I think that the production lines run slower during the first few months which is a good thing. So far no recalls on mine. The dealer did check one item before I bought it - door latch...

Just got back from a trip to Palomar Mountain.
  16. Where have you ventured in california?

Just went on a trip to Upper Santa Ysabel Truck Trail. Great views on this road.
  17. Where have you ventured in california?

Looks like somewhere I would like to go one day. Is there any specific road that you recommend?
  18. WHERE did you go with your Bronco Sport today?

What road are you on? It looks like somewhere I would like to go.
  19. SoCal Thread

Great views from the trails. I drove from the south entrance to the north entrance which I think is the best direction to go. Yes, there are yellow post sites. There are a couple of campgrounds at the top including picnic tables and outhouses. Here are a few pictures.
  20. SoCal Thread

North County San Diego. I just got back from a fun trip to Thomas Mountain near Anza.
