You can get most ford parts at more than 15% off from a lot of online dealers and save on the tax too. Just google the part numbers and the stores will start popping up.
I got the Thule rack earlier this year for 289.
There is no sasquatch package on the bronco sport, only the full size bronco.
That out of the way, the cost of the badlands parts (if you can even get them) plus labor is going to exceed what it would cost to sell your big bend and buy a badlands. You'd also never be able to recoup your...
I ordered the Thule kit from: https://www.fordpartsdistributor.com/
Its a website run by a Ford dealership. At the time I ordered they were the cheapest but prices fluctuate. If you have the part number of the rack you want you can google it and find a number of dealerships that run similar...
Haven't used it on the leather in my sport yet but I really like chemical guys leather cleaner. Doesn't leave things greasy. I don't use any conditioners but most automotive leather doesn't need it as its coated, as mentioned.
I also really like Adam's rubber mat and liner cleaner for the all...
Just picked up my Motion XT L earlier today. With a new baby and all of his stuff, plus our dog, space would have been tight for the 3-4 road trips we take per year starting with next weeks.
Based on local availability my choices were basically this and the Pulse M.
Suuuuper glad I went with...
Living in Chicago the full size bronco is too big. The sport is a tight fight in my garage, a full-size 4d would need to touch the front wall and a second car wouldn’t fit next to it.
You need them to be more than just disengaged like you’re going for a drive in order to remove the calipers, otherwise you could just put the car in park, not engage the parking brake and do the job.
That procedure is more for a situation where your battery is dead and you need to push the car.
this. You’ve either got minimum wage guys reusing rags, or it’s going through an automatic car wash which is just full of the debris and dirt that came off all the cars that went in previously. Always tell them not to wash it when I drop off. had one genius drive up to their automatic car wash...
the weight limits are while in motion, not parked. hard to find a static weight listed anywhere but 600 is what it says here: https://www.sarchionefordlincoln.com/2021-bronco-sport.html#:~:text=On%20the%20move%2C%20the%20Bronco,a%20600%2Dlb%20static%20load.

Answering my own question, looks like there’s a service mode if it’s anything like the f150. Still not as straight forward tho.

Didn't work out for me because I need it for next week but Chevy is currently doing 25% off any accessories over $500 if anyone is currently shopping for a cargo box. They carry the Motion XT XL, Force XT XL and Force XT L. The Forces my local dealer could get in 7-10 business days. The Motion...
Are the rear brakes actually easy to do on these (can't imagine that many people have done brake jobs yet)? my experience with vehicles that have electric parking brakes (vws not fords) is that the rears are a giant pain in the ass. For the VWs you actually need VCDS (VW software suite), or...
First thing I’ve done is thrown away the locking lug nuts/bolts on any car that’s come standard with them. Inevitably they become a pain in the ass to get off at some point and any thief that wants your wheels is going to get past it anyway.
Ours took a week to show up. Used them to cover a good chunk of the Thule roof rack from one of the online dealers that sellls them at a nice discount.
Nothing is carb compliant. Connect disconnect on these should be easy with how much room is in the bronco engine bay. Especially if you just run the obd wire through the door jamb instead of the firewall.
Burgers new JB4 also fits the 1.5. Great option for anyone wanting a little more power but worried about retaining the warranty. Will be ordering it for my 2.0 later this month.
