We used to "matchstick" paint to fill chips. Mid-year Corvettes would get a ton of small chips behind the rear wheels.
Clean the area to remove contaminants and use a matchstick or toothpick with paint on it to fill the chip. Finish as required.
Yes, and no. I like them and they should match my new wheels, but they are a pain to install. You have to take the splash guards off and modify them. Not even mentioned in the instructions. Major installed a similar set.

I have a hookup in NASA. I drive my BB up to Huntsville just before midnight, and the Redstone Arsenal guards check my ID and pass me through to a large, unmarked building. At the stroke of midnight, skylight doors open, and a secret coating containing the blood of aliens is applied under the...
I haven't installed my HRG kit yet, but I've watched the video. It seems to me that they're charging very high hourly rates for that installation. I reckon the market will bear it there. Sorry it's so high for you.
I'm going to tell my wife that I saved $800 installing it myself.
That's great. My dealer hasn't answered my email about it and is probably hoping I'll go away. Too bad they had to order a part for me. That means I'll be over there again tomorrow.
