I have called them. Multiple and multiple times. Their only solution so far was to just remove the Traffic/Travel completely and stop charging us; but, my wife does like the feature of looking up fuel prices and some of the other perks of the Traffic/Travel bundle. The traffic is the only...
Actually, I don't think we ever utilized the trial. We had an existing Sirius XM with my wife's Ford Flex. I transferred it to the Bronco as soon as we bought it, so I don't think we ever even utilized the trial.
Yes. It does initially say most are unsubscribed. Last time I escalated this with Sirius they had me to a system reset. Didn't correct the issue and my wife lost all her navigation favorites and history. She was pissed.
Every time our special offer is up the renew or to another one. I call to have them change it to military but they keep extending the promotional offers.
I just spent another half hour on the phone with them. Doing another refresh and reset.
Person said they were in tech support but was unable to do what you suggested
It's my wife's car. She hates connecting her phone to it. But we do use Android Auto when we need to.
It's just annoying to pay for something that doesn't work.
We use Sirius on the TV and through the app so it's well used.
We have a 2022 Bronco Sport. We also have Sirus XM with everything. The traffic has never worked. Even though we are paying for it -- it says not subscribed.
I have spent ad nauseum hours on the phone with Sirius....and they can't get it to work.
ANyone else have this issue with the 2022...
I got the recall also. Our battery failed at 37,000 miles (but, less than 3 years) so it wasn't under warranty (even though the battery came with a 3 year warranty).
I wonder if they would reimburse us?
It did just occur to me that I'm not sure if the dealer even did the reset. They told me because they were using a Ford Battery already calibrated to our car a reset wasn't necessary.
How can I tell (without doing another reset) if it was done.
Thanks. I'll be honest the battery at the non-dealer was only $20 less. In this particular case the $20 more at the dealer was worth the headache of trying to do it on my own.
There is another issue with the RDU Vent hose on the bronco sports. It's hit or miss whether it's covered under powertrain warranty if you are over 36k
My wife's 2022 bronco sport just had this problem. The battery tested bad. Her VIN didn't pop up as one effected by the recall.
It did the auto stop and wouldn't restart without her pushing the button. A few days later it barely started pushing the button so we got it to the dealer.
And it...
